I have been working in recruitment since 2014 - my first experience was in the position of a researcher and subsequently as a consultant.
Throughout my career, I have focused primarily on searching for experts in non-technical fields (sales, administration, marketing, HR). In terms of my work approach, I pride myself on honest communication and a relaxed 'informal' atmosphere, which characterizes not only myself but also our company culture.

A somewhat random entry into the HR world in 2013 marked the beginning of an incredible journey (some call it a 'career') for me. An internship in internal HR turned into a part-time job at an agency, the part-time job at the agency became a full-time position, and through working on on-site projects for clients, it culminated in co-founding my own platform, Konektor.
Most importantly, though, 'work' became a passion. It might sound cliché, but over the years, an idea of how external recruitment should look has matured in me. Building on partnership and honesty, both for companies and clients. Believing in sincere feedback and long-term cooperation. This idea led us to establish Konektor and consistently promote these values.
